I Am A 46 Yr Old Male. In My Late

I am a 46 yr old male. In my late teens and early twenties I had 3 spontaneous pneumothorax's. Twice on the left lung and once on the right lung. The right lung was repaired via thoracotomy. The left one was only given a chest tube the first time and the 2nd time it was the thoroscopy with mechanical manipulation for adhesion. My left side hurts and is weaker than my right side. Do you think it possible for it to be leaking again? Sometimes it's hard to detect. It seems to constantly hurt but gets better if I don't move. It starts hurting when I start moving.
