I Am A 47 Year Old Woman. I Have Symptoms

I am a 47 year old Woman. I have symptoms as feeling like I have an internal fever but don't show when taken.feel weak as if I can faint and feeling cold, althou hot inside.Tingling on the tips of my finger tips and the fourth toe on my left toe mostly. Today it seemed as if I can smell a weird smell internally and can actually taste it. I had spinal surgery on November 15th with fusion of titanium in my neck.
