I Am A 47 Year Old Female In Generally Good

I am a 47 year old female in generally good health. My chiropractor said I have some plaquing on my right side of my neck. What does this mean? I also have chronic headaches (3-4 times per week) and a very sore spot in the middle of my spine, sometimes hurting when I take a deep breath. Also irritated with overuse. Are all of these symptoms related?
