I Am A 47 Year Old Female That Has Severe

I am a 47 year old female that has severe allergies and candida albicans in my gut. Fifteen years ago I was treated for my allergies with injections, food allergy drops and live Nystatin along with strict diet. I felt great but over time my condition came back even worse. I am having a hard time trying to find a doctor who knows all the updated information on candida albicans and the best anti fungal and probiotics to use to relieve my condition, any suggestions. I live 20 miles north of Pittsburgh Pa, and have UPMC insurance.
