I Am A 47 Year Old Female With Controlled Hyperlipidemia

I am a 47 year old female with controlled hyperlipidemia on Lipitor 40 mg. I take no other medications and have no other chronic conditions. My baseline BP runs on the lower side, 90's over 50's but lately has been in the 80's over around 50. I am symptomatic with position changes and feel very sluggish. CBC and chemistries are okay. Should I prompt my doctor to look further? I can't seem to get anything done!
