I Am A 47 Year Old Fit Female And I

I am a 47 year old fit female and I am outdoors a lot. Two weeks ago when it was very cold and I was outdoors sailing my third finger went very cold and slightly blue ( thought I had bruised it) . Today the same thing happened Same hand but small finger. I have always suffered from the cold as I was brought up abroad and therefore always feel cold. Suffered a rotator cuff injury in the summer, same side and I am still having ongoing problems. Googled, always a bad idea!, came up with reynauds- what do you think!
