I Am A 47 Year Old Woman And I Had

I am a 47 year old woman and I had a hysterectomy at age 30, I just in the last week started having pain and bleeding during and after intercourse with my husband. I had a complete hysterectomy due to indometrosis, ovarian cysts and other problems, can u give me any ideas on what could cause this? I do not take birth control, I am in a happy marriage and we are committed to each other, I also have not been to an OBGYN since I had the hysterectomy.
