I Am A 47 Year Old Women That Is Hiv

I am a 47 year old women that is hiv positive. Over the past few months i have been experiencing hair loss, weight loss, fatique, joint pain and overall just feel blah. My grandmother has been diagnoised with lupus as well as one of my cousins, should i get tested as well and how would having lupus affect my hiv?
