I Am A 47 Years Male.I Am Not Able To

I am a 47 years male.I am not able to eat or drink anything due to pain while swallowing the meal or drink after it reaches the food pipe portion. consulted doctor and he has suggested some medicine for gas relief and a syrup which I am taking right now nut still the pain is continuing and not able to eat/ drink anything. pls suggest the solution for the same
