I Am A 47yr Old African American Woman, I Had

I am a 47yr old African American woman, I had a hysterectomy about 15yrs ago. I have been spotting bright red blood when I clean myself after urinating. This has been going on for about 2wks maybe 3-4 times in that span. Also I've been feeling lightheaded and my equilibrium has been a little off. Currently I'm on several medications none of which are new to me; I'm on levothroxine, ditilzam, hydrochlorthizide, zoloft, welbutrin, gabapentin, and omeprizol. What could it possibly and should I be concerned?
