I Am A 48 Y/o Filipino Female, Married, 117 Kg

I am a 48 y/o filipino female, married, 117 kg (wt) and 5'4 in (ht). had a 2d echo. result said mitral sclerosis with mild mitral regurgitation. trivial pulmonary regurgitation and mild tricuspid regurgitation. i also have a bronchial asthma. there are episodes of hypertension, ranging from 170 to 200 systolic pressure. can medicine correct the mitral valve? I am always on a nebulizer using budesonide and duavent, also uses seretide twice a day. and has oxygen tank for severe attacks. xray showed i had cardiomegaly with hilar congestion and atheromatous aorta.
