I Am A 48 Year Old Female. Healthy Other Than

I am a 48 year old female. Healthy other than hypothyroid. Today I experienced a weird sound or gurgling feeling over the right side of my neck over the carotid artery area for a few seconds. Then I had some strange slight numbness over my jaw and neck and the top of my ear. No slurred speech or visual trouble. My BP is usually very low. It was 130/90. I was kinda freaked out! It lasted about an hour. My BP went down to 128/72. My Dad died of a heart attack at age 50. What was this...a TIA??? Should I go to the Doctor??
