I Am A 48 Year Old Overweight Woman That Was

I am a 48 year old overweight woman that was diagnosed with osteoarthritis about 8 years ago! It has gotten extremely bad over the last year or so! But now I have something happening that is scaring me and I just would like to know if it is related to anything that is wrong with me!!! Because I also have a herniated disc and sciatica!! About 3 weeks ago my left hand started hurting extremely bad. And It eventually goes all the way down to my foot. It feels like it is swollen so bad, which it's not, that my left side is about to explode and it has also started on right side but has only went to my elbow so far! Can you please tell me what you think until I can find a doctor? Thank you!!
