I Am A 48 Year Old Women Who Was Just

I am a 48 year old women who was just diagnosed with metatarusus adductus. It was never diagnosed as a child. I am having pain in both feet. My second and third toe are separating and I am having severe pain at the ball of my foot. I am looking up this diagnosis...but very little treatments, options, prognosis etc. I have been having knee pain, and feel this may explain some of my hip issues, with feeling like it is coming out of socket when I turn at times (no pain). Can you help?
