I Am A 49 Year Old Male And For The

I am a 49 year old male and for the last 4 years I have been getting chest pain with dizziness when I sleep for more than 5 or 6 hours a night. The pain is on my right side only but occasionally extends in to my extremities also. I have found that heat and vigorous exercise helps reduce the severity of the symptoms. I have had MRIs and other tests and they have all come back normal. Clogged arteries are very common on both sides of my family so I was wondering if it is possible that is what could be causing my issues.
