I Am A 49 Year Old Man With Tumors In

I am a 49 year old man with tumors in both testicles. It has been 4 months and i have trying to shrink them naturally, and it has been working slowly. I recently devolved a pain in my chest that won't go away along with extreme lower back pain. I have a swollen clavicle for about 2 weeks, and i am assuming the cancer has spread. If i go to the emergency room tonight will they be able to help me.
