I Am A 50 Year Old African American Female Who

I am a 50 year old african american female who was recently diagnosed with a dvt in the right leg and bilateral blood clots in the lungs. I am currently taking eliquis. I am now having my first menstrual cycle since beginning eliquis and I have saturated approximately 14 sanitary napkins in 2 days. I was also diaganosed with anemia a few weeks ago. Should I be concerned? I am weak, lightheaded, and have a constant headache.
