I Am A 50 Year Old Female. I Have Some

I am a 50 year old female. I have some uterine fibroids. My last period was about 2 weeks ago approximately. I experienced some blood spotting about a week ago and right now I experienced foul smell and some yellowish brown discharge. I do not have any stomach pain. I wash very regularly and recently started to wear non - cotton pants with no panty liners. This is after I experienced the blood spotting. I am not getting the blood spotting just the discharge and foul smell. Please could you advise. Thankyou
