I Am A 50 Year Old Female And Am Having

I am a 50 year old female and am having chronic severe pain across my bra line that includes an intense burning sensation. It most often includes pain in my left arm from my shoulder to my elbow. It sometimes effects my neck movement as well. I am waiting for the test results on blood work, chest x-ray and a mammogram. Could this be caused by a hiatal hernia?
