I Am A 50 Year Old Female Breast Cancer Survivor.

I am a 50 year old female breast cancer survivor. Five years ago, I was diagnosed with Stage 1 Lobular Carcinoma. Recently, my results from a CBC showed my rdw was slightly elevated; however, my MCV was normal. Does this indicate that I may have a recurrence of breast cancer or the early stages of leukemia? Or do I have an iron deficiency?
