I Am A 50 Year Old Male. My ? Is

I am a 50 year old male. My ? Is the top of my left foot going down and around close to my heel on the outside of the foot has a minor tingling sensation. Kinda like when the foot falls asleep and it comes out of that sleep (little needles) my concern is that it's on the left side the heart side. Could there be circulation problem or maybe just nerves making these feelings on my foot.
