I Am A 50 Year Old Male And Have Worn

I am a 50 year old male and have worn a mustache for most of my adult life. For about 3 months now I cannot get rid of chapped lips and the area directly above my upper lip, between the hair of my mustache and the beginning of the red line of my upper lip, is dry and flaky. I have always protected my lips when outdoors in the wind and sun with Blistex. I also stay adequately hydrated. This is the only area that has this condition. I do not drink and I do not smoke. I am on no meds but take a multi-vitamin every morning after breakfast.
