I Am A 50 Year Old Male That Had A

I am a 50 year old male that had a hair transplant the 26 th of December of 2013 and then a C5-6 cervical fusion on January 2014. I started having problems concentrating, focus issues, memory loss, and depression. I had to stop work October of 2014 and go on LTD due to unable to perform at my job. Could the anesthesia had any effect on my condition. The Doctors have determined that I am suffering from Bipolar Depression and generalized anxiety disorder. Could the surgery had any trigger to my situation.
