I Am A 50 Year Old Male. Weight And Overall

I am a 50 year old male. weight and overall health is very good. I have had a stomach ache for 4 days. It feels like gas. I do have more gas than normal. My stomach growls a lot and I am eating as normal. I have more pain in the morning when getting up. After getting up and as time goes on the pain goes to 1/2.
