I Am A 50 Year Woman With Multiple Auto Immune

I am a 50 year woman with multiple auto immune disorders. initially Hashimotos disease in my thirties then blessed with SLE, Lupus @ 40, definetely had symptoms earlier but tested positive @ 40, 48 years positive for Sarcoidosis. i have tried amultitude of treatments for the 2 latter, but after using biologicals I developed Non Hodgkins Lymphoma. Having seen endroconologists, rheumotologists, infectious disease, and an awesome diagnostician, I am tired of the whole weird world of strange and unusual disease processes that follow this dx. there is weird infections, loss of immunity to vaccinations, anaphalaxis to sooo many drugs and environmental items, I am exhausted with the whole situation and worst of all can no longer continue my life as a critical care RN.
1, Where to now, without living at a doctors office? Anything new on the horizon?
2, Which adjunctive treatments have the most success?
3, Without daily steroids(just episodic dosing use) what are the comparative dosing between Medrol pack and Prednisone? in other words 10 mg of Prednisone equals how much MethlyPrednisone?
Any thoughts?? Please,,,,
