I Am A 51 Year Old Male Who Had Shingles

I am a 51 year old Male who had shingles about two and a half weeks ago. I developed double vision that is vertical. I have been extremely fatigued for the past two and a half weeks and sleep approximately 20 hours a day. I am dizzy when I change positions and have vomited. I have no appetite and have not eaten any means during this time period. I have not been drinking much liquid either so when I vomit I dry heave or vomit bile.
