I Am A 51 Year Old Female. I Have Been

I am a 51 year old female.
I have been diagnosed with very low iron and hemoglobin, high blood pressure and recently thyroid issues.
My doctor just has put me on the following but i dont no when to take all these medications (went to pharnacists and he was of really no help.
These are the medications doctor prescribed:
- ramipril 10mg (high blood pressure)
- synthesis .025mg (thyroid)
- Alysena - 21 100/20MCG (controlled menstrual bleeding)
- palace (iron)

Please help
