I Am A 51 Year Old Woman. I Have Been

I am a 51 year old woman. I have been having shoulder pain radiating down my arm (left side) I do not recall injuring my shoulder or arm. There is a history of heart disease in my family (mother died at 45 from heart attack). Is this something I should get checked out right away or can it wait until tomorrow?
