I Am A 51 Year Old Woman Who Has Been

I am a 51 year old woman who has been lately suffering from melasmpast 2-3 years. Though i had taken treatment after consulting my derma doctor it did not help & they reappeared after i left doing the course, for maybe 6 mnths.
She had suggested me citravite tablets, depiwhite & desowen & also dr.reddy's clearz ultra. Please help me by suggesting something good & without hydroquinon ..plzzzzz
