I Am A 51 Yo Female Non Smoker Who Has

I am a 51 yo female non smoker who has just had bronchitis. Chest X-ray report said the heart is mildly enlarged with Ctr 15/29 pulmonary vascular marking do subjectively appear to be slightly prominent which could indicate elevated pulmonary venous pressure. No features to confirm heart failure no consolidation or pleural fluid. Would you share your thoughts plese
