I Am A 51 Yr Old Hispanic Female, I Have

I am a 51 yr old hispanic female, I have been experiencing bloody (bright Red) mucus in stools x 3 days. I feel urgency to go about 2-3 x day. I have no actual pain, but I have had nausea. I thought it was due to the sinus migraine I've had for 5 days. In which, I've taken Sinus meds and Excedrin migraine. I have also had a mild chest pain which I believe to be heartburn due to all the meds I've taken x 5 days. Does this sound like an Ulcer?
