I Am A 51 Yr Old Male. For The Last

I am a 51 yr old male. For the last 2-3 years, I have started to have strong urges to pee when I am getting ready for sexual activity with my wife. It has gotten so bad that we now have this ridiculous routine where I stop foreplay 2-3 times to pee before we have sex. It is very frustrating for both of us.

I also have some urges to pee when I go to bed and I typically get up once/night to go again.

I told my doctor about the urges to pee when I go to bed and at night and he said I was probably starting to get an enlarged prostate. But, I didn't tell him about the sex issues. Too embarrassed I guess. My PSA tests the past two years have been totally fine.
