I Am A 51 Yr Old Woman With 2 Adult

I am a 51 yr old woman with 2 adult I am looking to receive overall integrative check up and receive a comprehensive plan for my health for the next 30yrs. I changed positions in careers from an active infant toddler teacher to a sedentary social worker. I am now experiencing bloating,swelling in my legs more often than not. I have tried cleansing eating right nothing seems to work. my skin id more dry and my memory is not as sharp as before. I started to take herbal supplement for my adrenal and this has helped. I would like to come to Arizona for a complete check up or is there another place in the east coast. I have been stressed cumulative for the past 2 years some due to grief of 2 deaths in my family and job change.
