I Am A 52 Year Old Female Post Menoposal And

I am a 52 year old female post menoposal and I have tennis elbow and golfers elbow, treating thumb before it gets worse for hammer thumb, pulled tendons in others forearm and tingling in fingers and great pain in them sometimes, carple tunnel doc says and other doc said pinched nerve in neck; but tingling in both first 3 fingers and thumb not pinkies. please help thnx
