I Am A 52 Year Old Healthy Male With Normal

I am a 52 year old healthy male with normal bp . Recently had a giant tear ( retinal detachment ) . Surgery successful so far , prognosis good . My question is could long term moderate cocaine use have caused this detachment . My surgeon said not . I have given it up since detachment 2 months ago . Just interested and I suppose tempted to resume old habit .
