I Am A 52 Year Old Woman And Last Weekend

I am a 52 year old woman and last weekend I was trying to ride my grandkids hooverboard I fell off backwards and landed so hard on my arms back and head I went to the er and they said I have a small break or fracture in my shoulder. I also had surgery on my shoulder about 12 years ago and in the X-ray it showed one of the sutcher anchors looking like it was just floating around in my upper arm will I need to have it removed or can it just stay there ?
