I Am A 53 Year Old White Female Suffering With

I am a 53 year old white female suffering with constant nasal drainage, dry mouth and fatigue. Had airborn allergy testing done and all negative. Dr. wants to refer me to Rheumatologist. Actually had ANA, Rheumatoid Factor and Sedimentation rates tested in 2013..all negative. Recent blood workup: CBC, TSH (I have hypothyroidism and number is good 2.1), Vitamin D (30...low normal and taking 1000 iu supplement), Comp. metabolic panel - all normal, and Lipid panel all normal. Could it be food allergies? Also, do you recommend I have B levels tested?
