I Am A 53 Yr Old Female With A History

I am a 53 yr old female with a history of Hep C , I took the drug Harvoni yrs ago and am now hep c free, however, I recently started having a 'knot' come up just a
under my right rib cage aoorox.2-3 below my sternum. It feels like a knot in a muscle....
I've also noticed brownish/redish "jelly" in bowel movement from time to time. At times my urine is extremly dark. could this be early signs???
