I Am A 53yr Old Male With Hepatitis B And

I am a 53yr old male with Hepatitis B and HIV infections. I was started on Dolutegravir, Zidovudine and Lamivudine for the HIV by one doctor and 3wks after on Tenofovir by another doctor for Hepatitis. Three LFTs done during my 6 months on the drugs showed a very impressive decling in all the enzymes until 10days ago when my liver enzymes level started rising again. (SGOT- 51.2, SGPT-88.5, ALP-52, GGT- 138). The last one 7wks earlier showed SGOT-41.7, SGPT- 47.1, ALP- 48.5, GGT-91.8.
Please do I need to stop any of the drugs? Thanks.
