I Am A 54 Male And I Think That I

I am a 54 male and I think that i may have come into a UTI infection because of the change in urination. I do have a slight initial burn which subsides quickly, and it is sporadic in direction. I also have frequency. I was also advised to have prostate exam, a couple of years ago, which I have yet to do. No unusual sexual events. Do you have any advise as to how to address either probability ?
