I Am A 54 Year Old Male With A History

I am a 54 year old male with a history of arthritis, ( ankles, knees, hips, lumbar, cervical, hands , wrist, elbows, shoulders. I was recently in an accident which caused severe blood low, (>3.5 liters) . 3 months have passed and the pain in my knees, hips and lower back is increasing. My Dr. stated I need to see a rheumatologist. He asked if I have HMO or PPO insurance. When I told him HMO he said "never mind" and prescribed pain medication. I am at the point where I can no longer perform daily activities without severe pain and am unable to get, (in my opinion) adequate follow-up care. the pain medication, (percocet) is becoming less effective and my job is now in jeapordy because I am unable to climb stairs or move about the plant quickly enough. I am senior management and I am very concerned that I am not going to get better
