I Am A 54 Yo Male With Subclinical Hypothroidism, That

I am a 54 yo male with subclinical hypothroidism, that is euthyroid on supplementation. I also have hypogonadotropic hypogonadism and testosterone levels have normalized with weekly self-administered testosterone injections. I am marginally low in my HGH levels for age and sex. I am not prescribed GH.

I am wondering if there is any unifying hypothesis that could explain why I have these 3 simultaneous endocrinologic issues. As an interesting aside, my doctor told me that my severe OSA can be a cause of lowered testosterone - true? I am on CPAP now. Head MRI is nl. Prolactin is nl. AM cortisol is normal as is ACTH. Also, quite some years ago, I had occupational exposure to PCB's in the military, but don't know if that could be contributing. Where do you suggest I go from here?
