I Am A 54 Yr Old Male With Left Arm

I am a 54 yr old male with left arm (elbow) pain while lifting anything more than a couple pounds. I also have been experiencing this pain for the past three nights while trying to sleep. I have no other typical heart related symptoms. Should I be concerned?
