I Am A 54 Yr Old White Male, Not Diabetic

I am a 54 yr old white male, not diabetic or overweight. I have been battling hypertension and an elevated heart rate for maybe 5 yrs now off and on. Sometimes I feel okay most times I don't. I just had all my blood work checked and everything is great except for my cholesterol being a bit high. I take lipitor 20mg for that. My ECG is fine. I currently take concur 5mg and coversly 5mg for the hypertension. Lately when I get sick or one of my many sinus infections my bp may be 190/120 and my hr maybe 110? Maybe less or maybe more? My vitals do slowly come down but there are still high for the most part. I can't find any medicine that works 100%. My wife thinks I may have a deviated septum and or sleep apnea now? Is this possible? She swears I have almost all of the symptoms. At times I do have some kind of sleep trouble plus I sometimes wake up with heart palps etc. I do have frequent ear, nose and throat issues especially sinus infections, headaches and sometimes temporary vision issues also. Can you give me an honest answer? What do you think could be my problem or problems? Just curious? Thank you! Joe Randolph
