I Am A 55 Male With Many Heart Related Issues

I am a 55 male with many heart related issues like a double by pass and 17 stents ... I am experiencing burning inside my arms w splotchy red ness all over both arms... I went to an alergist and he didn't know what was wrong and dermatology can't get me in for a month...my right shoulder is num ....what could this be ??
