I Am A 55 Y/o Male With Type 2 Diabetes

I am a 55 y/o male with type 2 diabetes and other than that in really great shape. In the last two months I have had little bumps come up on both elbows and one place on my scalp. It does not stay all the time but comes and goes. Also itches at times real bad. Help!
