I Am A 55 Year Old Asian Man That Have

I am a 55 year old Asian man that have been experiencing chest pain that seem to go down to my left arm. The pain seems to be worse when I'm working in the yard. I am currently being treated for hypertension and hyperlipidemia. Yes, I still smoke about 1-2 pack daily, trying to quit. Am I about to have a heart attack or something?
