I Am A 55 Year Old Currently On An SSRI,

I am a 55 year old currently on an SSRI, Lexapro for chronic depression. My depression is currently under good control as well as my epilepsy. I am experiencing a few side effects that I believe may be related to the Lexapro (impotence at time, difficulty getting and maintaining an erection even with Cialis or Viagra, and inability to reach orgasm). I was on Zoloft for a long period of time, but its effectiveness dropped off despite increased doses. I realize that Wellbutrin is out, but are there other SSRIs that may have fewer sexual side effects?
