I Am A 55 Year Old Female. I Have Gained

I am a 55 year old female. I have gained 15 lbs over the past few weeks for no apparent reason, it is all in my stomache, like a ball. I have rheumatoid arthritis and take humira for that. I also have developed a redness in my face and some red spots on my face. Recently had a b/p of 198 /120. I'm seeing a urologist for a blader issue, (no diagnosis yet), but just feel like something is not right. Any ideas?
