I Am A 55 Year Old Male. I Have Had

I am a 55 year old male. I have had pain from my mid left back to my mid left chest/abdomen. It sometimes is sharp pain. Other times it is an aching pain. Occasionally it will feel like it goes right through me from front to back. At its worst it knocks the wind out of me and makes me feel fatigued. I also experience heart palpitations. Some days I can walk 3 miles without it bothering me. Other times I can't go a 1/2 mile without getting winded and my heart rate increasing and getting that flushed feeling. When it is at its worse I get a flushed feeling all over and have to set down until it passes. Lately it is more frequent. I have pain almost everyday. I have a raised place on my upper left abdomen at the bottom of my rib cage right below where my heart is. It swells some days depending on activity. Some days it swells and doesn't matter what kind of activity I do. I will experience pain in my mid left back just below or next to my shoulder blade,
I have seen 8 doctors. 2 Family Physicians. 1 Dr. of Internal Medicine. 1 Pain Management Specialist. 1 Chiropractor. 1 Cardiologist. 1 Neurologist and 1 FNPC (he has helped me the most). I have been to 2 Physical Therapist also. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, mild Gastritis , Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and Stenosis on C2 thru C7. I have had a Cat Scan, an MRI, a chest/abdomen sonogram, chest x rays, Gall bladder test, Eco Cardiograms, EGS. They've taken pictures of my heart. I've done and passed stress tests twice. I've had EMG testing. I think that's right. It's done by the Pain Specialist and Neurologist. Passed these too. I had an epidural in my upper spine for the stenosis. I'm sure I'm missing a test or two. This all started Thanksgiving Day 2011 and has been going on for 4 years now. I was originally admitted to the hospital that day because they thought it was my heart. The Cardiologist say's I have an underlying condition and my heart is fine.
I AM FRUSTRATED WITH ALL OF THIS. NO DIAGNOSIS SO FAR.
For the past few months I have been the best I have been in a few years. About 3 weeks ago the symptoms started up again and I am having pain every day. Haven't changed anything. I eat healthier than most people. Lots of fruits, veggies and whole grains. I have tried altering my diet with no change. I have been a pretty active person most all my life. I used to work out 3 days a week but had to quit because it aggravated my symptoms.
I left the house this morning at 5am to go deer hunting and had to return home by 6:30am because the pain in my lower left chest was getting worse. By the time I got home the pain was into my back just below my shoulder blade. BP was 121/82 and 72 bpm when I got home. Pain was and is still there as I'm typing.
Any suggestions will be welcome.
